What is a probationary license? If you are convicted of DWI and have a New Hampshire license, you will be issued a probationary license identifying you as a DWI offender. You are then at risk, for the three-year period from the date of your restoration from the DWI conviction, of having your license administratively suspended if you either refuse testing or are chemically tested with a result of as low as 0.03. |
